Our "Cooling Coats" are made using the finest quality 100% Cotton Chenille with 100% Cotton Flannel lining. The Cooling Coat, was conceived at a dog show where dog owners dipped towels into cold water to lay over their dogs to keep them cool, thereby temporarily reducing stress on long, hot days. They can be used as described above but, are also great for use when spending long hours in the hot sun. These coats can also be used for keeping dogs warm, or for after bathing as a spa coat, which will help prevents chills, and keep their coats clean. They also have a medical benefit by providing protection to the dog from chewing its HOT SPOTS or, where you may have applied some medication, or if the dog has lost its hair for various reasons.
